For the first time in it's history the Summerville Christmas Parade will have two Grand Marshalls. They are the Chattoga County Extension Office 4-H and Chattooga School Superintendent Jimmy Linderman.

This year's parade is Monday along Commerce Street in Downtown Summerville. Registration is $25.  So far there are  20 participating groups signed up. More than 50 are expected to participate. Participants will line up at the Chattooga High School Parking lot at 5 p.m. on Monday.  

This year's theme is A Storybook Christmas. Again, registration is $25 and you can register to participate at the Summerville Recreation Department on Highway 100 in Summerville.
