A car is being reported as stolen after being borrowed, according to the Chattooga County Sheriffs office.

On March 2nd, 2021 Deputies met with David Timmons at the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office in reference to wanting to report a car stolen.  Timmons advised that he had let Steve Henderson borrow the vehicle and that Steve had gotten locked up on January 1st, 2021. Timmons went to Steve Hendersons house to get the car back and the car was not there.

David Timmons checked around at tow lots and with Hendersons  dad but nobody knows about the car. The
only damage to the green 1995 Ford Thunderbird is the trim is missing on the driver side door.
