Earlier this month, on March 8th, eight vehicles were stolen from a new car dealership in LaFayette.  When the business owners arrived at Jenkins Dodge-Jeep they discovered the stolen vehicles and notified the Walker County Sheriff’s Office. 

As of yesterday, seven of the eight vehicles have been recovered, according to investigators with the Walker County Sheriff’s Office.

The only vehicle that is still missing is a 2020 Dodge Challenger – green in color.

One person has been arrested in connection with the case, but investigators say that several people were involved.  The Walker County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for tips.  Anyone with information should call Detective Walt Hensley at (706) 638 1909, extension 1239.
