Walker County Stone, the company proposing to operate a quarry south of LaFayette, will hold a community informational session from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30th at the Walker County Ag Center, 10052 Highway 27 in Rock Spring.

Representatives from Walker County Stone, as well as independent experts, will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions and provide more information about the quarry. This is a drop in event, meaning those interested in attending can drop by at the time most convenient to them to ask questions.
