Chattooga County Sheriffs Deputies have taken out warrants after observing a man dumping contents from a white plastic bucket into a ditch at the intersection of Highway 114 and Foster Street.  Deputies said that a man in a wheelchair was observed dumping something into the ditch and then leaving the scene.  After further investigation, deputies found that the man had dumped a bucket containing human waste and toilet paper into the ditch.  Deputies observed other trash in the ditch, along with around a span of about 25 feet where there was toilet paper and waste, indicating the illegal dumping was an ongoing issue.  Warrants were being sought for Tony Lee Edgeworth in connection with the illegal dumping.
