Chattooga County officials continue to monitor the possibility of winter weather for the early part of this week.  Chattooga County Public Works and Chattooga County EMA were udpated on Friday afternoon about the possibility of snowfall for Monday night and Tuesday of this week.  Another meeting is planned for this afternoon at 2 PM.  The National Weather Service says that more up to date models will be available by this afternoon that could give a clearer picture about the possibility of a winter storm.  AM 1180 will continue to update you with the latest from the National Weather Service, The Weather Channel and local officials.
