Summerville’s first ‘Cowboy Western Heritage Festival’ is coming to the Summerville depot tomorrow, Sept. 2 from 9 AM to 4 PM. Summerville Main Street will be hosting a family day of western-themed activities for all ages tomorrow at the Summerville Depot on 119 East Washington Street. It will be a celebration of western traditions and the cowboy lifestyle will be the theme throughout the day.

The event will include western artisans and vendors, demonstrations, displays of buggies, wagons, cowboy church clowns, square dancing, mock old west gun-fights, cowboy music, the arrival of the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum Passenger Train, and a wagon train/cowboy parade are sure-fire crowd pleasers at this free event.
