Summerville Police were called to Chattooga Head Start on Congress Street on Monday of this week after a worker discovered that a window had been broken out of the head start program’s van that was parked on the property.  A window on the passenger side of the Chrysler mini-van was busted sometime the night before, according to the report from the Summerville Police Department.  The incident is being investigated by Summerville Police.
