A twenty-one-year-old woman was charged with battery after an incident at Burger King in Summerville. 

According to a report released yesterday by the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, the incident took place on November 29th when Leslie Hope Dyer was accused of coming into the restaurant and throwing work clothes and work keys at another Burger King employee.  According to the report, the argument between Dyer and the other woman was about a restraining order that had been placed against Dyer’s boyfriend.  Deputies spoke with the store manager who said that it stemmed from an ongoing issue between the two women.

The victim told the responding deputy that she wanted to press charges and Dyer was arrested and transported to the Chattooga County Jail on battery charges.
