Floyd County Sheriff Deputies arrested 25 year old Actavia Vyea Jackson, of Rome, after she allegedly struck another person with a vehicle.

According to reports the victim was deliberately hit in the leg, which resulted in an injury.

She was charged with felony aggravated assault and criminal trespass.
