A Rome woman, 44-year-old Katherine Dianne Finn, faces charges of identity theft fraud, financial transaction card fraud, and exploitation of a disabled adult. Finn allegedly obtained the victim’s debit card information and used it to deposit money on an inmate’s account via the jail ATM website. The card was used 17 times from June 30 to August 17.
