A Chattooga County woman reported an incident to the sheriff’s office last week and told a responding deputy that her sister who lives in Chickamauga had taken out insurance on an automobile using the complainant’s personal information.  The complainant said that she noticed the charges approximately two months ago.  While the complainant was reporting the incident to law enforcement, her sister called and told her that she “wanted to make it right”.  The woman refused to give her full address to the responding deputy.  The complainant said that she didn’t want to press charges at the time, but did want a report on file.
