Summerville Police responded to a call about a domestic incident on Northwest Congress Street on Thursday of this past week.  The complainant told a responding officer that her daughter, who had been staying at the residence, got into an argument with her and during the course of an altercation, the daughter bit the complainant on the arm and spilled a large amount of paint on the floor of the residence.  After the altercation, the daughter left the house walking down the street.  The complainant said that she did not want to press charges, but also told police that her daughter did have warrants out for her arrest.  Police located thirty-two-year-old Tamara Winn and arrested her on the outstanding warrants and booked her into the Chattooga County Jail.
