A Summerville outdoor power equipment dealer will be hosting a world-renowned, professional chainsaw artist Chad Gainey this weekend.  Gainey will be on hand at North Georgia Equipment Sales on First Street in Summerville starting at 9 AM this Saturday, December 12^th starting at 9 AM.

Gainey first started his career in chainsaw sculpture in the spring of 2011 as a way to enjoy weekends with his family at a local farmers market. Chad holds a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture Education from the University of Florida and spent several years teaching high school agriculture before making the transition to full time professional chainsaw artist after partnering with international power equipment manufacturer Husqvarna in early 2015.

North Georgia Equipment Sales has donated a chainsaw to the Chattooga County FFA, and the FFA students will be on hand Saturday at North Georgia Equipment Sales in Summerville selling hotdogs and raffle chances on the new Husqvarna Chain Saw.
