The Chattooga Young Farmers will be holding their monthly meeting for October coming up on Thursday evening at the Chattooga County Ag Building on Middle School Drive, off Highway 100 in Summerville.  This month’s meeting will feature Wright’s Meat Processing who will be on hand to talk about maximizing your beef for processing.  Chattooga County Young Farmer Director Lauren Jarrett says, “Our young farmers class Thursday night at 7 pm will be beneficial to folks raising their own beef for their own use or to sale. Wright’s Meats Processing will be providing the program on maximizing your beef you are having processed. If you are raising your freezer beef, you don’t want to miss this class!
