Youth golfers will have new opportunities to learn the game in 2026 with a series of Youth Golf Programs launching at the Trion Golf Course Clubhouse. Organizers say the programs are designed to help children improve golf skills, build confidence, and make new friends in a fun, structured environment.

An introductory “Come Get to Know Us” meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m., with sessions organized by grade level. Kindergarten through 1st grade and 2nd through 3rd grade will meet on Monday, January 19, 4th through 5th grade on Tuesday, January 20, and 6th through 8th grade on Wednesday, January 21. The programs will be led by Randy Henderson and Nancy Akins.

The 2026 offerings include an after-school golf program, summer camp, and a junior golf tour, giving young players multiple ways to stay involved throughout the year.
