Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is referring over 1,600 cases of non-citizens registering to vote to local district attorneys, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and the State Election Board.
Summerville Police were called after a domestic incident on Alred Street on Sunday. According to a report from the police department, a woman called police after she and her son got into a fight and two televisions were broken in the scuffle. When police talked with the complainant’s son, he said that a verbal argument did turn into an altercation when the complainant “came after him with a hammer.” The son also said that one of the damaged televisions was his. Police said that since both the complainant and the son’s property were damaged, they should take the matter up with magistrate court.
