Cars, trucks, motorcycles, live music and family fun will come together for a good cause when the Revs for Resources Rally rolls into Trion Memorial Park on Saturday, July 11, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
The event will feature the popular Trion Cruise-In, hosted by Roberta Woody, welcoming classic cars, hot rods, trucks, Jeeps, motorcycles and custom-built vehicles. Anyone interested in bringing a vehicle to participate in the cruise-in can contact Woody at 706-859-1819.
Visitors can also enjoy live entertainment throughout the day featuring performances by Highway 27 Band, Aaron Evans Duo, Double Portion Band, Local Honey, Project Titan, Jonah Cooper, and Lucky and the Left Field.
A Vendor Village and Marketplace will offer shopping, food vendors, local businesses, handmade goods and community organizations. Family activities will include a kid zone, silent auction, cruise-in awards and the announcement of poker run results.
Admission to the event is free.
All proceeds from the rally will benefit Team Ashley’s Dancing With the Stars Chattooga County campaign in support of the Community Resource Center of Chattooga, helping fund programs that fight hunger, provide resources and strengthen the local community.
The event is hosted by Team Ashley, Trion Cruise-In, and the Community Resource Center of Chattooga.
