The Summerville home of former Floyd County School System Maintenance Director Derry Richardson sold for $390,000 at auction Saturday morning.
The auction was part of a settlement to the civil action against Richardson and others, who are accused of stealing millions from the school system.
Proceeds from the sale of the more than 600 items including firearms, vehicles and more will help recover some of those funds.
It is estimated that the auction raised more than $1,000,000.
