A Floyd County woman was arrested this week by authorities after they say she was found to be harboring a wanted fugitive.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash that happened on Saturday afternoon in Gore. According to reports two vehicles collided head-on near the intersection of Highway 27 and the Gore-Subligna Road. The Georgia State Patrol along with Redmond EMS, Chattooga County Sheriff’s Deputies and area firefighters / first-responders were on the scene. The accident slowed traffic on Highway 27 for a period of time. No names or details have been released at this time, pending a report from the Georgia State Patrol.
