The Rome International Film Festival (RIFF)  is proud to announce that its headquarters for 2022 will be Rome Playa Azul Media (PAM) Studios. Northwest Georgia Man Will Do Prison Time For Dumping Toxic Waste

U.S. Attorney’s Office for The Northern District Of Georgia Collects Over $108 Million in Civil and Criminal Actions in Fiscal Year 2016

A Northwest Georgia man will be serving time in prison for dumping drums of toxic waste.  Fifty-six-year-old Amin Ali of Dalton was charged in Federal court for dumping the drums with toxic waste in a chicken house in Catoosa County.  Ali pleaded guilty and has been sentenced to two months in Federal prison with one year of supervised release.  The clean up of the toxic waste was over $500,000.  You can read a full report from the U.S. District Attorney’s Office of Northwest Georgia below:
