An Airport Road, Trion woman reported damage to her fence to the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office last week. According to a report released on Tuesday of this week, a responding deputy spoke with Gwen Briggs who said that her wooden fence was damaged after her neighbor backed into it with his vehicle. The complainant said that the neighbor was having a heated verbal altercation with his girlfriend when the incident happened. The damage to the fence was estimated to be around $100. The complainant wanted a report of the incident on file at the sheriff’s office.
