Last Saturday, a man reported that the wheel came off his vehicle and struck a vehicle on a used car lot in Summerville. Joe Stricklin told a responding deputy that he was driving on Highway 27 just north of Dot Johnson Drive in his 2015 Chevrolet pickup truck when the wheel came off and struck a Jeep on the lot of Legacy Auto Sales. The deputy observed where the wheel struck the Jeep and filed a report for insurance purposes.
