The BMW was involved in a hit and run accident in downtown Summerville around 3:00 pm today. Twenty-nine-year-old Andy Espinosa was sentenced in Chattooga County Superior Court this week after he pled guilty to murdering Chattooga High School student Zach Majia in December of last year.
