Last Friday, federal officials announced they are providing $1.7 billion to public health officials across the country, including $6.7 million to Georgia, to monitor and track fight COVID-19 variants.
Georgia gas prices held steady at the pump compared to a week ago. Georgia motorists are paying an average price of $2.70 per gallon for regular unleaded gasoline. Monday’s state average was 4 cent less than a month ago, and $1.03 more than this time last year.
