Mr. Brandon Lewis Teems, age 26, of Subligna, passed away Monday, May 11, 2009 at his residence.Mr. Teems was born in Rome, Georgia on February 24, 1983, son of Rickey Gary Teems, Sr. and Cindy Faye Ward Helms. He was employed with Home Depot and attended the Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, where he was a member of the church Softball Team. Mr. Teems was a 2001 graduate of the Chattooga High School where he was active in the FFA. He was an avid sports fan with a love for NASCAR, Football, Atlanta Braves Baseball, and any activity associated with his Playstation.
 Mr. Teems was preceded in death by a sister, Kimberly Starr, a grandfather, Ferrel Ward, and a Grandmother, Mary Teems. 
Mr. Teems is survived by his wife, Amanda Rose Lemaster Teems of Subligna; Father and Stepmother, Rickey and Sheri Teems of Armuchee; Mother and Stepfather, Cindy and Bob Helms of Subligna; Brothers, Rickey Gary Teems, Jr. (Penny) and Chad Levi Teems of Subligna; Sister, Mandy Lee of Resaca; Step-brother, Richard Wayne Teems of Armuchee; Step-sister, Amanda Beth Teems of Armuchee; Grandmother, Beatrice Ward of Subligna; Father-in-law, William Glenn Lemaster, Jr.(Brenda Lee) of Cedar Bluff; Mother-in-law, Sandra Ann Lemaster Ward; sisters-in-law, Stephanie Marie Lemaster and Courtney Danielle Ballantine; Brother-in-law, Andrew Logan; Niece, Shelby Rae Teems; Nephews, Thad “Bubba” Teems, Zachary Devontre Postell, Nathaniel Glenn Ballantine, Zachary Logan, and Evan Austin Ballantine; and a number of Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. 
Funeral Services for Mr. Teems will be held Friday,  May 15, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. In the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Teems and Rev. Wayne Hopper officiating. Interment will follow in the Subligna Cemetery.  
Pallbearers will be Keith Davis, Justin Ward, Blake Ferguson, Adam “Action” Jackson, Aaron Reed, and Adam Homer Shields. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rickey Ward, Sr., Rickey Ward, Jr., Andrew Ballantine, Chris Wiggins, and John Stiles.
