North Summerville Baptist Church 119 Maplewood Drive Summerville, Ga will be having a huge inside yard sale Saturday June 26th. Sale will start at 8:00 am inside the Christian Life Center. They have lots of items to sale at cheap prices. Proceeds will go to Forever Grateful Ministries.
Agape Puppets lead by Linda Summers will be coming to Dowdy Park July 9, 2021 @ 6 p.m. There will be free food & drinks, a free show, and admission is free. This is a family event for our community and we would love to see as many people as we can for some summertime fun!
Trion First Baptist Church will have Vacation Bible School for ages 3 through 5th grade Monday, June 21 – Thursday, June 24 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Dinner will be served in the fellowship hall at 5:30 PM if your child would like to eat. There will also be a Kick-Off Registration Party on Saturday, June 19th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the church. There will be water slides and snow cones and a free t-shirt when you register.
The Salvation Army of Rome, which serves both Floyd and Chattooga Counties, will be holding a one-day Vacation Bible School this Friday at the Summerville Recreation Center.
