Watch Night Service
New Hope United Methodist Church, located @ 241 Martin Street in Summerville, will be having Watch Night Service on Dec. 31
beginning @ 10:00 P.M. Rev Robert E. “Pete” Barrett and the New Hope UMC Church Family cordially invite the public to come fellowship & help send out 2019 & bring in 2020.
New Antioch Baptist Church will have their Christmas program on Sunday, December 22 at 6 PM with The Joyful Noise from Calhoun as guest singers. Refreshments will be served after the service. Pastor Harold Helton and the church members invite everyone to attend.
There’s Hope For The Hungry will be at South Summerville Baptist Church coming up on Wednesday, December 18th from 10 AM – 1 PM. No I.D is required.
The combined adult choirs of Beersheba Presbyterian Church and Horizon Baptist Fellowship will present the Christmas musical “Waiting for Christmas” on Sunday, December 15, at 5:00 PM at Horizon Church, located at 1216 Highway 114. They will present the musical again on Sunday, December 22, at 5:00 PM at Beersheba, located at 9977 Highway 337. The public is cordially invited to attend each of these presentations.
Calvary Baptist Youth will present “The Plane Truth About Christmas” on Sun., Dec. 15th at 11:00. You will enjoy the fun music and meaningful message of this presentation about a group of passengers who are stranded in an airport on Christmas Eve. They learn that the truth of Christmas can be celebrated even when things don’t go as planned. Calvary Baptist is located at 171 Taylor St. in Summerville. Please join us!
