Subligna Baptist Church will be having revival services Sunday August 13th through Wednesday August 14th. Bro. Gary Williams will be preaching. Services will begin at 6 PM on Sunday August 13th and 7 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. There will be special music each night! Oak Hill Methodist Church, located at 3860 Oak Hill Road in Lyerly will be having their Annual Homecoming on Sunday, August 6, 2023. Worship Service will begin at 1045am. Craig Conway will bring the special music and be leading the worship. Pastor David Humphreys will be bringing the morning message. A covered dish lunch will be held following the worship service on Sunday. The congregation invites everyone to come and receive a blessing.
Pentecostal Power Ministries will be hosting a 5th Sunday Singing on July 30th at 11am. ‘JUST ONE’ will be singing.
Smoked Sausage Dog plates will be available for purchase after the singing for $6.00. All proceeds will go to the building funds.

The county-wide Fifth Sunday Singing is making a comeback. Organizers say that the event will be held the last Sunday of this month at Chesterfield Baptist Church, located just south of Menlo on Jamestown Road. The singing will take place on Sunday, July 30, 2023. Chesterfield Baptist Church will be celebrating the completion of their new fellowship hall. All churches are invited to attend and those attending are asked to bring a covered dish for the fellowship meal. There’s Hope for The Hungry will be at South Summerville Baptist this Wednesday July 19th from 10:00 a.m.until 1:00 p,m,
The 14th annual “Sharing His Love Through School Supplies” will be held on Sunday July 23rd from 2pm to 5pm or until all supplies are gone. The event will take place at the Summerville 1st Baptist Church Life Center located at 125 Georgia Avenue in Summerville. There will be an inflatable, popcorn, snow cones and a balloon artist on hand for the children. The event is open to Chattooga County residents only and the child must be present to receive school supplies.
