There will be a regular 11:00 a.m. worship service, as well as the Anniversary Celebration beginning promptly @ 3:00 p.m. Rev. Robert E. “Pete” Barrett, pastor will give the morning message, and Rev. George Beavers of Oak Hill Missionary Baptist Church and the Oak Hill Choir will be Anniversary guests. Four Mile Baptist Church will have Dr. Richard Smith as guest preacher this Sunday November 11 @ 6:00pm. Dr Smith is the President of International Baptist Outreach Missions, IBOM. The ministry of IBOM was founded as a church planting ministry. IBOM has done exactly that and can now boast about what God has done in the establishment of 352 churches, in Mexico, Kenya, Uganda, Lebanon, Egypt, Philippines, SouthEast Asia and the United States. IBOM has also established a Bible College in each field to train nationals that would found and pastor local churches. It will be a contemporary and casual service for adults and children. Light breakfast is served as well.

Trion United Methodist Church will have their Brunswick Stew available the SECOND Saturday, November 10. It is still $7.00 per quart. The stew should be ready around 10:30 AM. You may pick the stew up in the fellowship hall before 1:00 p.m. The stew usually sells out, so it is sold on a first come, first serve basis. The church sends their thanks to all who support the stew project.
