Neighbor’s Animals A Problem For Union Street Resident

Summerville Police responded to a call on Union Street last week after a woman complained about her neighbor’s cats damaging her car hood.  The complainant showed a responding officer claw marks on the hood of her car that she says came from her neighbor’s cats.  Officers also observed fecal matter in the complainant’s yard.  The woman said that it came from her neighbor’s “dogs and pig”.  Summerville Police said that they would contact animal control to see if they could set out traps to try to catch the animals on the woman’s property.
