The Georgia Department of Labor reported on Thursday that the state’s unemployment rate for June remained at 3.5%, lower than the national average. Georgia achieved a historic milestone by reaching over 5 million jobs, reflecting consistent business growth. Job sectors with record numbers included financial activities, health care, and leisure.
