The firm is running advertisements heard on WZQZ Radio, urging those affected to come forward and participate in the legal action.

A Henagar woman was killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday afternoon.
The wreck happened at about 5:55 p.m. on Alabama 35 near the 12-mile marker, about six miles north of Gaylesville, in Cherokee County.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, 21-year-old Christina T. Powell was killed when the motorcycle she was driving left the roadway and hit several trees. She was thrown from the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
