Mrs. Darlyn Dalana Willerson, age 52, of Summerville, passed away Monday, February 16, 2009 at Hutcheson Medical Center. Mrs. Willerson was born in Chattooga County, Georgia on January 13, 1957, the daughter of Helen Mae Fortune Wyatt and the late Eugene Lewis Wyatt. She attended the LaFayette Church of God and was employed with Capitoline Products. Mrs. Willerson is survived by her husband, Robert “Bobby” Willerson of Summerville; sons and daughters-in-law, Dereck Monroe and Moira Howerton of Ohio and Shane Zachariah and Amy Voils of Rome; daughter, Darlyn Rhiannon Howerton of Calhoun, GA; brother, Ed Wyatt of LaFayette; sisters, Barbara House of Rome, and Deanna Gaylon of Ft. Oglethorpe; and three grandchildren, Jaden Voils, Tabitha Voils and Sophia Voils. Funeral services for Mrs. Willerson will be held Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 7:00 p. m. at Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Bruce officiating. Private interment will be held at a later date. Mrs. Willerson will be in state at Mason Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 5:00 p. m. until the funeral hour.

Mr. Walter Curtis Prince, age 76, of Menlo, GA died Sunday, February 15, 2009 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Prince was born November 6, 1932 in Floyd County, GA, the son of the late Thomas D. and Estelle Mae Butler Prince. He was retired from Best Manufacturing. Mr. Prince was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Jean Prince, brother, T. D. Prince, Jr., grandchildren, Kenneth Daniel Prince, Regina Faye Prince, and Gavin Ray Lemons.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Leona Smith Prince; children, Ken & Nita Prince, Villanow, GA, Tommy & Debbie Prince, Menlo, GA, Randy & Jan Prince, Subligna, GA, Timmy & Robin Prince, Menlo, GA, Jimmy & Lisa Prince, Menlo, GA, Linda & Frank Smith, Menlo, GA, Sandra & Bobby Lemons, Gaylesville, AL; brothers and sister-in-law, Leroy Prince, Missouri, and James & Cynthia Prince, North Carolina; 14 Grandchildren;and 12 Great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Doris Louise Greene Pettyjohn, age 81, of Walker Street, Trion, GA, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2009, at Oakview Nursing & Rehab Center. Mrs. Pettyjohn was born in Chattooga County, GA on December 12, 1927. She was retired from Best Manufacturing and was a member of Trion United Methodist Church and a member of Summerville Chapter #434 Order of the Eastern Star.
Mrs. Pettyjohn was preceded in death by her parents, James Claude Greene and Celia Ellie Keasler Greene; brother, Ray H. Greene and a nephew, Ray H. Greene, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas S. Pettyjohn of Trion, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and John Sterner of Summerville, GA; grandson, Mason David Sterner of Summerville; sister-in-law, Linda J. Greene of Summerville; a niece and her husband, Celia and Craig Holt of Summerville; great-nephew, Jared Holt of Summerville; great-niece and her husband, Bethany and Brooklyn Stiefel of Rosedale, GA; several other nieces and nephews and a life-long friend, Joye Palmer, also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, February 15, 2009, at 4:00pm, from the Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Art Graves and Rev. Rob Pierce officiating. Internment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Pettyjohn will lie-in-state Sunday, February 15, at the Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home where the family will receive friends for 2:00 to 4:00pm.

Mr. Grady Jerome Anthony passed away Saturday February 7th at Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. He is the son of the late Mr. John Anthony and MRs. Annette Anthony. He was born in Chattooga County, Georgia and was educated in the public schools of Chattooga County.
He was employed at Local Union 438 in Atlanta, Georgia for a number of years. He leaves to cherish his memory a wife, 7 children, 5 brothers and 2 sisters along with a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 PM at Pond Springs AME Zion Church in Holland, Georgia with Donald Patterson officiating.
Mr. Anthony will lie in state at the church 2 hours before the funeral service where the family will receive friends.
Mr. Bramlett was born in Houston, Texas on June 30, 1971, son of Mattie Bell Bishop Elrod and the late James Jerry Bramlett. He was a member of the Perennial Springs Baptist Church and was self employed as a farm laborer. In addition to his father, Mr. Bramlett was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Allen Bramlett.
Mr. Bramlett is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mattie and Joel Elrod; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jerri and Eddie Massey and Sherri and Kenny Cooley; nieces, Vanessa Massey, and Rachel Cooley; Nephews, Lee and C.E. Massey; and a number of other nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Memorial Services for Mr. Bramlett will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Mason Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Beaver officiating. Private Interment will be in the AMI Cemetery.
