Mr. Danny Lee Sorrells, age 27, of Lyerly, GA died Monday, November 16, 2009 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Mr. Sorrells was born March 9, 1982 in Atlanta, GA. He attended the Faith Temple Holiness Church. Mr. Sorrells is survived by his father, Dwight Sorrells; mother, Paulette Fennell Sorrells; caregivers, Jeff & Laura Dotson, Dwight and Zack Dotson; brothers, Michael Sorrells and Quinton Youther; several aunts, uncles, niece and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p. m. Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Rev. John Mann and Rev. Phil Whitley officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Cemetery.Active pallbearers will be Ray Camp, Terry Sorrells, Lamar Chapman, Dwight Dotson, Zack Dotson, and Troy Dunn. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Kidd, Andrew Barnes, Gary Dotson, and Drake Crawford.
