Mr. David Crockett Shaw, age 56, of Lyerly, GA died Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Shaw was born January 12, 1954 in California. He was a member of the West Berryton Faith Temple Holiness Church.

Mr. Shaw is survived by his caregivers, Jeff and Laura Dotson, Sean Dotson, and Zachary Dotson; and special friends, Troy Dunn, Tony Crawford, and Kevin Crutchfield.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Mason Funeral Home with Rev. John Mann officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Sean Dotson, Zachary Dotson, Mack Burke, Jimmy Kidd, Lamar Chatman, and Andrew Barnes. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Cox, Phil Hurley, Marilyn Young, Jennifer Moore, Vicki.

Mr. Shaw will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 11:00 a. m. until the service hour on Saturday
