Infant Olivia Grace Phillips of Trion, GA died Monday, June 16, 2014 at Floyd Medical Center.

 

Olivia was born June 16, 2014 at Floyd Medical Center, the daughter of Autumn Faith Rape and Steven Brandon Phillips.  She is also survived by  brothers, Bryson Rape and Gunner Phillips; grandparents, Connie and  Daniel Robinson, Vickie Edwards, Terry Phillips, and Todd Rape; and  Great-grandparents, Jean Crabtree and Norma Rape.

 

Graveside and interment services will be held at 4:00 p. m. Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Summerville Cemetery with Rev. Wesley Dalton officiating.
