Today is the last day to vote early in the runoff election to decide who will replace Colton Moore in the state senate for the 53rd District and Marjorie Taylor Greene in the United States House of Representatives for the 14th Georgia Congressional District.

Jack Zibluk, a Democrat from Lookout Mountain, and Lanny Thomas, a Republican and former Trion mayor, are running to replace Moore.  Former Lookout Mountain District Attorney Clay Fuller, a Republican and retired Brigadier General Shawn Harris, a Democrat, are running for the U.S. Congressional seat.

Voters in Chattooga County who wish to vote early should do so at the Chattooga County Registrars Office, located at 10017 Commerce Street in Summerville between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5 PM today.  All county government offices, including the Registrars Office, will be closed for Good Friday.  There will be no Saturday voting for the runoff election.

On Election Day, voters should vote in their assigned precincts between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM.
