The Summerville Police Department is investigating a reported theft from a vehicle that occurred overnight on February 27, 2026.
According to a report released yesterday by the Summerville Police Department, Raven Dallas reported that an unknown individual entered her vehicle during the night and removed her son’s prescription ADHD medication.
The medication was identified as Dexmethylphenidate HCL 10 mg. Dallas told officers the prescription had recently been filled and her son had taken the medication for only two days. She estimated that approximately 28 capsules remained in the bottle at the time of the theft.
Dallas stated that no other property was missing and no damage was observed to the vehicle. However, she reported that items inside the vehicle appeared to have been rummaged through.
At this time, no suspects have been identified.
