Miss Ashley Nicole Rutledge Obit. (M)

Miss Ashley Nicole Rutledge, age 27, of Lyerly, GA died Saturday,

November 2, 2013 from injuries received in an accident, which took

not only her life, but the life of her daughter, Shaila McKenzie Rutledge,

Miss Rutledge was born June 6, 1986 in Fort Oglethorpe, GA,

the daughter of Jerry Donald Rutledge, JR and Cindy Jaye Myers

Lovett. She was a member of Berryton Bible Mission. She had

played softball and loved cheerleading.

Miss Rutledge is survived by her father, Jerry Donald Rutledge, JR;

mother, Cindy Jaye Lovett; fiancé, Abraham Mendoza; sons, Christofer

Elias, Bryson Rutledge, and Jay Diaz; brothers, Zachary Elijah Rutledge

and Ronnie Dakota Lura; and grandparents, Jerry and Charlotte

Rutledge, SR.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p. m. Thursday, November 7, 2013

at Mason Funeral Home with Bishop David Huskins and Pastor

Sherra Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Lyerly Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jesse Jackson, Lucas Jackson, Jeremy Jackson,

Jason Rutledge, Samuel Rutledge, and James Rutledge.

Miss Rutledge will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family

will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the service hour on Thursday.
