Mr. Chad Edward Smith Obit (M)

Mr. Chad Edward Smith, age 44, of Trion, GA died Monday, March 7, 2016

at Kindred Hospital in Rome, GA.

Mr. Smith was born October 16, 1971, in Fort Oglethorpe, GA, the son of Mary

Reynolds and Gordon Smith. He was employed with Mt. Vernon Mills, where he

worked in the finishing department.

Mr. Smith is survived by his mother, Mary Reynolds; sons, James Edward Lee

Smith and Chad Andrew Smith; sister, Priscilla Patterson; brother, Terry Smith;

grandchildren, James Curtis Clay Smith, Brentlee Hunter Smith, Anslee Raynes

Smith and Cooper Wayne Legion Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Mason

Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Biddle officiating.

Mr. Smith will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive

friends Wednesday from 11:00 a. m. until the service hour. In lieu of flowers

the family respectfully request memorials be made to the American Diabetic

Association.
