Mr. Claude Randall “Randy” Treadaway, age 52, of Summerville passed away Saturday, August 1, 2009, at his residence.  He was born August 11, 1956 in Memphis, TN, son of the late Claude Harold and Sally Cox Treadaway.  He was a self-employed sheet metal worker.Survivors include a daughter, Cassie Treadaway of Lyerly, GA; brother and wife, Scott and Tina Treadaway, Lyerly, GA; special niece, Jessica Ratliff, Lyerly; several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 4:30pm from the chapel of Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home with Rev. Freddie Bell officiating with interment to follow in the Lyerly Cemetery.Pallbearers are requested to meet at the funeral home at 4pm on Thursday, and include: Jeremy, Matthew, Max, Alan, Ricky Treadaway and Jake Ratliff.  Honorary pallbearers are Joe Stephens, Scott Treadaway, Fred and Eddie Burke, Wayne Posey and Talmadge Lewis.Mr. Treadaway will lie-in-state at Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 5, where the family will receive friends from 7 until 9pm.Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home has charge of the funeral arrangements for Claude Randall Treadaway who passed away on Saturday.
