Mr. Johnny Lamar Keef, age 59, of Summerville, GA, passed away Friday October 10, 2014, in Floyd Medical Center.
Mr. Keef was born July 30, 1955, in Lafayette, GA, the son of the late Jesse and Nancy Lorene Green Keef.  Mr. Keef was retired from Vines Construction Company.  Other than his parents he was preceded in death by grandparents, Harvey and Dovie Green.
 
Survivors include his wife, Stella Craig Keef, children, Belinda Garrett, Christie Keef, Nickola Laney, step-sons and wifes, Fred & Cindy Hogue, Anthony & Niki Hogue, Lee & Patricia Laney, brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Joan Keef, grandchildren, Lee & Annabelle Armstrong, Addie Asher, 8 step-grandchildren, 5 step-great-grandchildren
 
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday October 12, 2014 from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Rutledge officiating with burial to follow in the West Hill Cemetery.   Active pallbearers, Fred Hogue, Anthony Hogue, Lee Laney, Rickey Anderson, Jacky Mobbs, and Leon Rowlls.
 
Mr. Keef will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Sunday from 12:00 noon until the service hour.
