MR. ROBERT L. “SONNY” REECE, age 81, of Congress Street, Summerville, Georgia, passed away Thursday afternoon, December 2, 2021, in a Rome hospital, following a brief illness. Born in Fort Payne, Alabama on March 10, 1940, He was a son of the late John Lee and Edith Odell Owens Reece. Sonny was an excellent painter by trade and an exceptional musician. He was a member of the United Christian Fellowship. In addition to Parents, He was preceded in death by a brother, the late Billy Reece.

Surviving are His wife, Linda Blake Reece; daughter, Marty (Jimmy) Lowery; son, Robert B. Reece (Susan Reece); grandchildren, Cory (Jessica) Reece, and Mackenzie Reece; great granddaughter, Briley Reece; great grandson, Easton Reece; sister, Linda (Cort) Alford; special friend, Fred (Pam) Hardin; several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced be Earle Rainwater Funeral Home. The Family respectfully request no food and no flowers, suggest contributions to the United Christian Fellowship, Summerville, Georgia, in memory of Sonny.
