Mr. Middleton was born in Summerville, Georgia on April 17, 1957,

son of Ruby Middleton and the late Homer Middleton. Other than his father, Mr. Middleton was preceded in death by a brother, Lamar Middleton. Mr. Middleton was employed with Shaw and attended the Calvary Baptist Church.

Mr. Middleton is survived by his wife, Teresa Middleton, sons William Middleton, Matthew Middleton, daughters, Kimberly Parry, Sabrina Middleton, mother, Ruby Middleton, brothers, Thomas Middleton, Mike Middleton, grandchildren, Chloe Middleton, Caroline Parry and Lillian Parry, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services for Mr. Middleton will be held Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Danny Decker and Mr. Sam Sutton officiating. Interment will follow in the Subligna Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Middleton, William Middleton, Steven Parry, Mike Sutton, Kevin Middleton and Jimmy Lowe.

Mr. Middleton will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Wed. night from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
