Mrs. Autry Marie Thomas Brock, age 88 of the Haywood Valley Community passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at her residence.

Mrs. Brock was born September 8, 1938 in Carrolton, GA to the late Morris & Tessie Hewitt Thomas. She was a member of Subligna Baptist Church and dearly loved her family, her church family, and witnessing to others so that they might be saved.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew E. Brock; and siblings, Robert Thomas, William Thomas, Magdalene Tuggle, Joyce Norton, and Rachel Cole.

Survivors include her children, Shane (Angela) Brock and Teresa (Kim) Kirchmeyer; sister, Mattie Hutcheson; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Brock will take place at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 1 at Subligna Baptist Church with Pastor Dr. Charles Bishop officiating. Interment will follow at Subligna Cemetery with Dylan Kirchmeyer, Tim Kirchmeyer, Mark scoggins, Joe Stephens, and Benji Price serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the church Sunday from 1:00 PM until the service hour.
