MRS. EDITH M. McCOLLUM, age 86, of Trion, Georgia passed away Saturday evening at her residence. A native of Fayetteville, Tennessee, She was born to the late Tom and Zula Hall Morrow on February 16, 1929. Mrs. McCollum was a member of the Trion First Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Clifford “Tip” McCollum, June 25, 2014.

Surviving are daughter & companion, Ann McCollum and Terry Hawkins of Trion; son & daughter-in-law, John W. and June McCollum of Kensingston; grandchildren, Emily & Travis Poole and Laura & Steven Butler, great grandson, Noah Butler, special nephew, Greg Morrow

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 24th, at 2:00 P.M. from the Trion First Baptist Church with Pastor Casey Bramlett officiating, interment in West Hill Cemetery. The Family will receive friends Wednesday from 1 P.M. until the service hour at Trion First Baptist Church.
