Mrs. Geraldine Whitlock, age 65, of Summerville, GA, died Monday, December 7, 2015, at her residence.
 
Mrs. Whitlock was born May 11, 1950, in Trion, GA, daughter of Lucy Lee Brown and the late Olin "Tojo" Brown, Jr.  She was a homemaker.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Fanny Craig.
 
Mrs. Whitlock is survived by her husband, Herman Whitlock; sons and daughters-in-law, William and Sherri Whitlock, Keith and Diana Whitlock, Scott and Amy Whitlock; mother, Lucy Brown; brother, Gary Brown; sisters, Bernice Campbell, Diane Wooten, Gail Tidmore, and Pat Brown; 11 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
 
Funeral services for Mrs. Whitlock will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 10, 2015, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Charles Bishop officiating.  Interment will follow in the Subligna Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Justin Whitlock, Jared Whitlock, Tyler Whitlock, Brennon Whitlock, Luke Whitlock, and J. J. Blankenship.  Honorary pallbearers will be Bengi Price, Charles Whitlock, Edward Campbell, and Frank "Tony" Bearden.
 
Mrs. Whitlock will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
