MRS. LENA MAE ADAMS MOSLEY – of Summerville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church. She was a beautician and had retired from Berry College.
Left behind to cherish her loving memory are her children, Ms. Maxine West of Summerville, Georgia, Retired Command Sgt. Major Walter (Susan) Mosley of Fircrest, Washington, Dr. Patricia M. Harris of Savannah, Georgia, Minister Melvin (Betty) Mosley of Summerville, stepdaughter, Ms. Yulanda Davis of Dallas, Georgia; nine grandchildren, Kenneth West of Birmingham, Alabama, Lequisha Harris of Summerville, South Carolina, Brian West of Irvine, CA., Keith Mosley Los Angeles, CA, Eric (Maydia) Mosley of Cartersville, GA., Jori Mosley of Calhoun, GA., Rashun Harris of Raleigh, N. C., Bethany Mosley of Calhoun, Jaware Robbins of Raleigh, N. C.; nine great grandchildren, Bobbie, Justice, LaShunna, Hailey Lena, Taylor, Brooke, Josiah, Ericson, and Honnah; two sisters, Mrs. Aileen Mosley, Mrs. Louise Favors of Summerville, two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Vernell Shropshire of LaFayette, GA, Mrs. Susie Parker of St. Augustine, FL., a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Homegoing Service will be Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 3:00 p. m. at Oak Hill Baptist Church in Summerville, GA. with Pastor George Beavers and other ministers officiating. Her remains will lie in state at the church on Saturday from 1:00 p. m. until the funeral hour. Interment, Oak Hill Church Cemetery. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
