Mrs. Myrtle Ozment Mobbs, age 91 of Flowery Branch, formerly of Summerville, 
Georgia passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the Pure Hearts Personal 
Care Home in Oakwood, Georgia.

Mrs. Mobbs was born in Cherokee County, Alabama on January 21, 1923,
daughter of the late Ben Ozment and Callie McDonald Mobbs.  She was a longtime 
member of the Four Mile Baptist Church and prior to retirement, was employed as 
a Quality Control Technician with Mt. Vernon Mills.  In addition to her parents, 
Mrs. Mobbs was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Mobbs; brothers, 
Marshall Ozment, and Billy Joe Ozment; and sisters, Mozelle Bartlett and Naomi Hurley.

Mrs. Mobbs is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and David Roy of
Flowery Branch; sister, Betty Miller of Carrolton; grandchildren, Zach Roy and 
Alli Roy; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mobbs will be held Sunday, February 23, 2014 at 2:30 P.M.
in the Four Mile Baptist Church with Rev. Doyle Kelley, Rev. Joel Smith, and Rev. 
Sanford DeBerry officiating.  Interment will follow in the Green Hills Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Zach Roy, Joey Jennings, Mick Allen, Hank Barnes, Nathan Lafabvre,
Doyle Kelley, Dennis Eleam, Ken Reynolds and Daniel Smith.  Honorary Pallbearers 
will be the Adult Sunday School Class of Four Mile Baptist Church.

Mrs. Mobbs will be in state at the Coffman Funeral Home and the family will receive
friends Saturday evening from 6 until 8 P.M.
